RENTAL POLICIES
- $250 deposit by personal check, cashiers check or money order necessary to secure dates.
- Five night minimum stay required (10 night minimum stay over Christmas).
- Discounted rates available for stays 28 plus nights. Does not include holiday season (Dec 15 - Jan 5), or the month of February. Please inquire.
- Additional charge of $10/night per person for more than two guests.
- Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
- Check-in time is 3PM. Check-out time is 10AM
Low season late check-out available with half day charge.
High season only available with full day charge.
- Cancellation policy:
60 days prior to arrival - full refund less $50 handling fee.
Less than 60 days - no refund unless unit is re-rented
in which case refund will be made only for those days
re-rented less the $50 handling fee.
- $75 cleaning charge for less than seven nights.
- ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING
