Our Wailea Studio is a perfect getaway for those seeking affordability and high-end luxury at the same time. Unit #22A is a top corner floor, very private, very clean and well-maintained condo with 15 foot vaulted ceilings. It has lots of light with extra windows and a tropical setting on the lanai that makes you feel like you are living in the tree tops. This unique rental offers guests an alternative to expensive five star hotels with all the amenities you would find in these resorts and more.

Located in the heart of Wailea within 10 minutes walking distance to South Maui's best beaches, restaurants and activities, this unit is beautifully furnished and remarkably well equipped. Steve and Tamara personally manage their units and strive to provide a superior experience for their guests at a competitive rate. Living just minutes away from each of our rentals allows us to be readily available should any needs arise. Hope to have you as our guests.

"Tamara and Steve's beautiful, affordable and inviting studio in Wailea was ideal for us. Tastefully decorated, clean, quiet and furnished with every amenity, the condo was a charming place we looked forward to at the end of a day at the beach or after a long day driving around the island. We especially enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai, which is backed by a green space of lush, tropical trees and flowers. Mornings were beautiful with all of the natural light streaming into the condo and at night we could sit on the lanai and watch the clear sky filled with stars. The condo’s proximity to the Wailea resorts and paved path along the beach made morning jogs and beach going a breeze, plus we could easily zip into Kihei for whatever groceries we needed. Tamara and Steve’s preparation in outfitting the condo with every amenity meant that we could just relax and enjoy the sun! We would definitely stay here again. "

Lovely foliage surrounds the upper floor giving us privacy and truly feeling we were in the middle of a tropical forest. The decor was tasteful, modern, luxurious and comfortable. Our hosts, Tamara and Steven were charming and friendly and even after we broke their boogie board instantly brought us another! The studio is very close to the ocean (and Shops of Wailea) so we enjoyed many walks on the beach and boardwalk. We would highly recommend this relaxing oasis with the ideal location and hope to visit again someday soon. "

We have loved sitting out on the lanai for breakfasts and dinners, listening to the birds, looking at the stars/moon - fantastic. We have made great use of your kitchenette, washer and dryer, so thank you for your clean facilities. This is our 1st time to Maui and we have loved every second. I have made use of the reading books in the bedside drawers and also skimmed the guidebooks and listened to the Hawaiian CD you provide"
